Week #6 - It's not Goodbye, It's see you later

This has been quite the journey! I can't believe We (my classmates and I) have already made it to the very end. It seems like yesterday I was joining my first virtual sync class and beginning to think about what I am going to be doing for Genius hour.   My motivation for doing this was to improve not only my quality of life, personal, mental and physical health but those around me. My, wife, my niece and nephew, parents etc. I fortunately, recognized that things were getting out of hand and that I needed a change. In the past I've tried to diets like the keto diet that was effective however I could not make it a long term commitment as I'd inevitably fail.
